Refund Policy

This policy outlines how LoadAiX handles subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, credits, and payment disputes.

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Policy summary

Subscriptions are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for approved billing errors, duplicate charges, or exceptional service-impact cases.

1. Subscription billing. LoadAiX may offer monthly, annual, trial, promotional, per-truck, or usage-based plans. Billing terms shown at checkout apply to your account.

2. Payment processing. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized provider. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method when supported.

3. Cancellations. You may cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the active billing period.

4. Refund eligibility. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, documented accidental renewals reported promptly, and approved service-impact incidents.

5. Non-refundable items. Completed billing periods, consumed services, promotional credits, and accounts suspended for policy abuse are generally not refundable unless required by law.

6. Trial and promotional plans. Trial access and promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may convert to paid plans under disclosed terms.

7. Per-truck changes. Adding trucks can increase billing based on your plan. Removing trucks affects future periods and does not automatically refund prior charges.

8. Requesting a refund. Send requests to support@loadaix.com with account email, invoice details, charge amount, and reason for review.

9. Review and processing time. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider and may take several business days depending on payment network timelines.

10. Chargebacks. Contact support before filing a chargeback so issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks may trigger temporary account restrictions during review.

11. Taxes and fees. Taxes, duties, and processing-related fees may be applied where required and may not always be refundable.

12. Policy updates. This policy may be updated as billing systems, legal requirements, and service terms evolve.
